Four people injured and 125 displaced by huge blaze at Pennsylvania apartment block

At least four people have been rushed to hospital after a huge fire broke out at an apartment building in Pennsylvania.


Firefighters responded to a call at 7.30pm on Thursday of a fire at the Ashwood apartments in North Coventry Township. 


ABC reported heavy flames engulfed most of the three-story apartment building. 


Witnesses told the broadcaster the fire started near the top floor and quickly spread along the roofline. 


The condition of those in hospital was not immediately available. 


Chester County officials estimate 125 people have been displaced by the blaze.
