Coronavirus: Concerns over Russia plans for fall vaccinations

Concerns have been raised of Russian plans to start mass vaccinations against coronavirus in October. According to the news agency Reuters – Russia is set to approve the first potential vaccine later this month and experts have expressed worry over the fast-track approach.

US infectious disease expert Dr Anthony Fauci said he hoped that full testing would be done before vaccinations were administered. Fauci added – speaking to the house of representatives that he expected a vaccine by the end of the year.
