Organizers of the Tokyo Olympics are trying to shoot down rumours that the games may be cancelled due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Japanese officials say they have not discussed a postponement for the sporting event, which opens on July 24.
In recent days, social media has seen a spike in the use of hashtag “Tokyo Olympics cancelled.”
Japan has confirmed three more cases of the virus taking the domestic tally to 14.
However the country has so far reported no deaths, unlike China where 214 people have died.

Manchester United have signed Nathan Bishop from Southend on a two-and-a-half-year deal.
The England U20 international has made 17 appearances for the League One club this season.
The 20-year-old is expected to join United's development squad.
Southend chairman Ron Martin said although the fee was not significant, he couldn't stand in Bishop's way of moving to the prem.

Dutch striker Richairo Zivkovic is to join Sheffield United on loan until the end of the season.
The 23-year-old signs from Chinese club Changchun Yatai after a successful spell for Ajax Amsterdam.
Coach Chris Wilder says he's been keeping tabs of Zivkovic for sometime and believes he'll be unpredictable to other teams.
United say if things go well, he could be permanent signing.

The World Health Organization has warned that the coronavirus that's spreading around the world could overwhelm African health systems.
A senior official on the continent made the comments after the WHO declared the new virus a global health emergency.
China says the death toll has now reach 214 with more than 10,000 cases.
Britain has reported its first cases of the virus. Two members of the same family are in isolation in a hospital in Newcastle upon Tyne.
The US has warned its nationals against all travel to China for the time being.

During a visit to Kiev, he denied allegations that vital military aid had been a condition of Ukraine carrying out an inquiry into political rival Joe Biden.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy say the impeachment had not had a negative effect on relations with Washington.

Britain's financial watchdog is to investigate a sudden rally in the pound, shortly before the Bank of England's interest rate decision on Thursday.
The Financial Conduct Authority says it wants to know whether the decision to hold the rate at 0.75% had been leaked.
The pound rose unexpectedly against the dollar and euro seconds before the announcement.
Last month, the bank admitted that an audio feed of its news conferences had been “misused” to feed sensitive information.

But their bid for Bournemouth striker Josh King appears to have been rejected.

West Ham have pipped Crystal Palace to Hull forward Jarrod Bowen.
The Hammers have agreed to pay up to 22 million pounds for the 23-year-old.
Bowen has scored 16 goals in the Championship this season and West Ham's new boss David Moyes identified him as a player who can get the Hammers out of relegation trouble.
