Theresa May is battling to get her Withdrawal Agreement backed by the Commons on the day Britain was originally scheduled to leave the EU.

The Prime Minister faces an uphill struggle as key Government allies the DUP joined Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn in saying they would vote against the move.
The vote will proceed because MPs will vote only on the legally binding withdrawal agreement and not the political declaration.

The researchers said that cyclists have also been conceptualised as a minority group, which they claim makes them likelier targets.
